Account & Subscription
How do I create an account?
Open Prime Progression, tap Get Started, and sign up with your email or Apple ID. No credit card required for the free tier.
How do I reset my password?
On the login screen, tap Forgot Password and enter your email. You'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store. Go to Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions > Prime Progression > Cancel. Your data remains fully accessible after cancellation — you only lose access to Premium features.
Using the App
How do I track my workouts?
From the dashboard, tap Start Workout, pick a plan or create a new one, then log your sets, reps, and weight. The app tracks your rest times, detects PRs automatically, and saves everything when you finish.
How does the AI Coach work?
The AI Coach reads your workout history, nutrition logs, and recovery data to give personalized advice. It remembers your injuries, preferences, and equipment long-term. Ask it anything — from warm-up suggestions to deload recommendations.
How do I scan food with the camera?
Open the nutrition tab, tap the camera icon, and point it at your plate. The AI identifies the food, estimates macros, and logs it automatically. You can also scan barcodes or search manually.
Data & Privacy
Is my data safe?
Yes. All data is stored on EU-hosted servers, fully GDPR compliant. We never sell your health data to third parties. You can request a full export or deletion at any time by contacting us.
How do I export my data?
Go to Profile > Settings > Export Data. You'll receive a file containing your complete workout history, nutrition logs, and health metrics.
Does the app work offline?
Yes. Prime Progression is offline-first. Workout logging and nutrition tracking work without internet. Your data syncs automatically when you reconnect.
Technical
Which devices are supported?
Prime Progression requires iOS 15.4 or later. iPhone only — iPad is not currently supported. Android is in development.
The app is crashing — what should I do?
Try these steps in order: (1) Update to the latest version from the App Store. (2) Force-quit and reopen the app. (3) Restart your device. (4) Check your internet connection. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and iOS version.
How do I connect Apple Health?
On first launch, the app requests HealthKit permissions. If you declined, go to Settings > Health > Data Access > Prime Progression and enable the relevant categories (sleep, heart rate, HRV).
