Prime Progression ("the App") is a fitness and nutrition tracking application. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how we protect it.

4. Health Data (Apple HealthKit & Health Connect)

With your explicit permission, the App reads health data from Apple HealthKit (iOS) or Health Connect (Android), including heart rate variability, resting heart rate, and sleep data. This data is:

5. How We Process Your Data

5.1 Local Storage

Most of your data is stored locally on your device using an SQLite database. The App functions fully offline.

5.2 Cloud Sync (Optional)

If you create an account, your data is synced to Google Firebase (Firestore) so you can access it across devices. Firebase servers are located in the EU/EEA where possible. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5.3 AI Coach

When you use the AI Coach feature, your messages and relevant context (workout history, nutrition data) are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing. This data is:

5.4 Authentication

We use Firebase Authentication to manage your account. Your email and a hashed password are stored by Google Firebase. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

5.5 In-App Purchases

Subscriptions are handled by RevenueCat and the respective app store (Apple App Store / Google Play). We only receive subscription status information — we never see or store your payment details. Legal basis: contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Prime Progression is operated from Germany. If you use the App from outside the European Economic Area, please be aware that:

United Kingdom: If you are a UK resident, you benefit from equivalent rights under the UK GDPR. References to "GDPR" in this policy include the UK GDPR where applicable.

Brazil (LGPD): If you are a Brazilian resident, you have similar rights under the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados, including access, correction, deletion, and data portability. Contact us to exercise these rights.

Australia: We comply with the Australian Privacy Principles (APPs) under the Privacy Act 1988. You may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) if you believe your privacy has been breached.

The App is not directed at children under 13 (as defined by COPPA in the United States) or under 16 (as defined by GDPR in the EU). We do not knowingly collect data from children under these ages. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the App or by email. The "last updated" date at the top indicates when this policy was last revised.
